This new innovative form of training is currently sweeping the fitness industry. The TRX Suspension Trainer allows you to perform hundreds of functional exercises that build strength, flexibility, core stability and endurance. It harnesses your own bodyweight to create resistance as you workout and allows you to adjust the degree of difficulty, regardless of your fitness level, age or fitness goals.

Strong Bones For Life Through Exercise
This program is designed for people with or at risk of developing osteoporosis. We have designed a safe and effective exercise program following the guidelines set by the New York State Osteoporosis Prevention and Education Program (NYSOPEP). Learn to build strong bones while preventing injury. Program runs in 10-week increments.

When:
Next session begins Tuesday, November 3rd at 11:00am

Cost: $199.00 per 10-week session for non-members,
$149.00 per 10-week session for members.
