Our Apex program consists of customizing your diet using the food in your home that you like to eat. You begin with a consultation and completion of a client profile. Our Apex consultant will develope your diet plan and provides you with a written menu. You and your consultant meet weekly during which time you will reshape your body and achieve the goals that you once thought were impossible to reach. See the results for yourself under testimonials. The Competition Diet

This program is for aspiring bodybuilders and/or Ms. Figure competitors. It consists of a 12 to 16 week Apex diet plan (depending on actual body fat at start of program) to get you into top competition shape. Your menu, cardio workout and body fat will be reviewed weekly |
